How to disable a TRACK & FIND DUAL?
Disabling the “TRACK & FIND DUAL”
The “TRACK & FIND DUAL” can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. Once disabled, it will no longer report to Google’s Find Hub network or Apple’s Find My network, and the owner will no longer receive updates on its current location. It will also stop triggering unknown tracker alerts. If you receive a notification on your Android or iOS device indicating that a “TRACK & FIND DUAL” has been detected nearby and you are unfamiliar with this device, you can make it ring through the system notification. After locating the device, follow the steps below to disable it.
Steps to disable TRACK & FIND DUAL
- Locate the button on the front of the TRACK & FIND DUAL.
- Press and hold the button for three seconds. Two confirmation beeps will sound.
Steps to enable identification mode
- Locate the button on the front of the TRACK & FIND DUAL.
- Quickly press the button twice. A confirmation beep will sound.
Important Notes:
- When the “TRACK & FIND DUAL” is paired with an Android device, it operates as a Google Find Hub locator tag. If paired with an iOS device, it functions as an Apple Find My locator tag.
- For pairing, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that it has internet access. To activate the “TRACK & FIND DUAL”, press the button once, and you will hear a melody confirming activation.
- You can remove the “TRACK & FIND DUAL” from either the Google Find Hub App on Android or the Find My App on iOS. If it’s within Bluetooth range, a reset will automatically occur upon removal from the App. If out of range, perform a manual reset.

Le TRACK & FIND DUAL peut être désactivé afin d’arrêter le partage de sa position. Une fois désactivé, il ne communiquera plus sa position au réseau Google Find Hub ni au réseau Apple Localiser, et son propriétaire ne recevra plus de mises à jour concernant sa position actuelle. Il cessera également de déclencher les alertes de détection de traceurs inconnus.
Si vous recevez une notification sur votre appareil Android ou iOS indiquant qu’un TRACK & FIND DUAL a été détecté à proximité et que vous ne connaissez pas cet appareil, vous pouvez le faire sonner depuis la notification système. Une fois l’appareil localisé, suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour le désactiver.
Étapes pour désactiver le TRACK & FIND DUAL
- Repérez le bouton situé sur la face avant du TRACK & FIND DUAL.
- Maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant trois secondes. Deux bips de confirmation retentissent.
Étapes pour activer le mode d’identification
- Repérez le bouton situé sur la face avant du TRACK & FIND DUAL.
- Appuyez rapidement deux fois sur le bouton. Un bip de confirmation retentit.
Remarques importantes :
- Lorsque le TRACK & FIND DUAL est associé à un appareil Android, il fonctionne comme un traceur compatible avec Google Find Hub. Lorsqu’il est associé à un appareil iOS, il fonctionne comme un traceur compatible avec Apple Localiser.
- Pour effectuer l’association, vérifiez que le Bluetooth est activé sur votre appareil et que celui-ci dispose d’un accès à Internet. Pour activer le TRACK & FIND DUAL, appuyez une fois sur le bouton. Une mélodie retentit pour confirmer son activation.
- Vous pouvez supprimer le TRACK & FIND DUAL depuis l’application Google Find Hub sur Android ou depuis l’application Localiser sur iOS. S’il se trouve à portée Bluetooth, une réinitialisation aux paramètres d’usine est automatiquement effectuée lors de sa suppression depuis l’application. S’il est hors de portée, effectuez une réinitialisation aux paramètres d’usine manuellement.
