Use the JBL Headphones app to choose between using one or both beamforming microphones in each earpiece. (This will depend on how you wear them on your ears: experiment and see what works for you.) In any case, JBL Soundgear Clips benefit from an AI-trained algorithm that reduces ambient noise, so you'll always have clear sound, even if you're talking outside on a windy day.
